Our client is a leading reputable bank and currently looking for Head of Collection stategy. 

• To formulate collection strategy for the bank and ensure strategy has been executed
• To Liaison with regional Director and Managing director related to strategy, target as well as leading monthly performance review.
• To liaison with Managing director for any strategic action, and issues.
• To lead, motivate performance manage appropriate targets and measure, of success, that ensure the delivery of business improvement initiatives and projects.
• To manage and handle any assigned project work. 
• Achieve target collection for the bank. 
• Contributes to the profitability of the provision through effective running of section, which should maximize recoveries.
• Maintain image of the Bank as a customer oriented corporation through maintenance of services oriented during interaction with customers. 

• Thai nationalality Only 
• Over 10 years experience in financial business or legal related is benefit Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics,Law or any related fields.
• Direct experiece in Banking industry / consumer finance & banking
• Fluent in English
