• Responsible for input data of monthly lease rent paid by money transfer.
• Input and output pay-in daily.
• Send monthly rental debit note, sales proceed and early terminate to the customer by mail.
• Control postage and envelope for special requirement.
• Update the overdue report.
• Issue the necessary document i.e. warning letter.
