Process payroll including personal income tax, Provident fund, Social Fund etc.
Handle employee time attendance record
Ensure timely & accurately maintain of employees information in the payroll system
Responsible and ensure accuracy of relevant Government reports such as Tax, Social security, workman compensation and others
Preparing of HR reports
Responsible for co-worker welfare/benefits, also being an active partner in assisting the expats co-workers to prepare for their Visa/work permit, keep monitoring and following up on these issues.
Perform recruitment as required by management
Run administrative process to avoid any obstacles in the business
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
Good team player, highly organized and can work under tight time constraints.
3-5 years experienced in HR administration work.
Good command in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy and posses good Microsoft Office skills.
