• In charge of establishing Marketing communication strategy
• Based on sufficient understanding of  brand information, establish campaign strategy that is clearly targeted and has a communication plan
• In charge of establishing strategy process and timeline management
• Responsible for efficient work allocation for internal/external staff, process for target achievement and timeline management
• Operate effective process such as selecting planning needs, ranking priorities, allocating resources, completing delivery, budget management and etc.
• Project operation taking role as AE's strategic staff
• Identify client's MARCOM strategy and present solution alternatives
• Trust building and strategy proposal
• Identify current MARCOM strategy's problem and prepare strategy on a IMC level including ATL,BTL and share with Account staffs
• In charge of development tasks by building cooperative system sustaining close communications with advertising team, production and media team
• Review production's creativity preview
• Bring out communication concept
• Clear evaluation and feedback based on capability and performance
• Secure competent resources and mentoring
• Present accurate directions and guidelines & prompt review

• Thai Nationality, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree of related fields
• Experience in Advertising Agency from Strategic Planning /Account Planning more 5 years
• Strong in Analytical and MARCOM strategy
• Good of English and flexible
