• Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target.
• Dealing & developing relationship with partner who are brand, distribution company and key dealer (Key decision maker & stakeholders)
• Negotiating business term with partner (Brand, distributor, key dealer) for the best condition of product program and all risk migration solution.
• Conducting regular business review (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) & attending meeting with client (Key dealer, distribution company and new tractor’s brand)
• Leading, communicating clearly on key initiatives to internal stakeholders.
• Analyst sales & tracking key account performance with identifying key problem, solution to grow in short & long term opportunities, monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns and keeping update market trend competitor activity.
• Ensure excellent plan & distribution working with client & partner.
• Developing marketing plan & distribution strategy for the different market segment.
• Closely monitor product performance report, detect problems and provide solution on a timely basis. Keep track and analyze program results

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking or related area.
• Thai Nationality, 35-45 years old
• At least 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management/Sales/ BD in hire purchase, leasing or consumer finance field.
• Strong account management, relationship building and project management skill.
• Strong written communication both Thai and English, presentation skills.
• Detail Oriented, Good analytical skill, Creativity, Energetic and Fast learner.
