Main Responsibilities
-
Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target.

Dealing & developing relationship with partner who are brand, distribution company and key dealer (Key decision maker & stakeholders)

Negotiating business term with partner (Brand, distributor, key dealer) for the best condition of product program and all risk migration solution.

Conducting regular business review (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) & attending meeting with client (Key dealer, distribution company and new tractor’s brand)

Leading, communicating clearly on key initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Analyst sales & tracking key account performance with identifying key problem, solution to grow in short & long term opportunities, monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns and keeping update market trend competitor activity.

Ensure excellent plan & distribution working with client & partner.

Developing marketing plan & distribution strategy for the different market segment.

Closely monitor product performance report, detect problems and provide solution on a timely basis. Keep track and analyze program results
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking or related area.

Thai Nationality, 35-45 years old
-
At least 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management/Sales/ BD in hire purchase, leasing or consumer finance field.

Strong account management, relationship building and project management skill.

Strong written communication both Thai and English, presentation skills.

Detail Oriented, Good analytical skill, Creativity, Energetic and Fast learner.
