• Responsible all HR function Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Employee Relation, Payroll and general Human Management administration.
• Assisting in organization, Procedure and policy development
• Supervise, manage and develop HR team.

• Male or Female, age 35 years old up
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in human resources management or related  
• 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing especially in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
• Knowledgeable in Thai labor law and HR Management tools (KPI, BSC, Competency Development, Knowledge Management and etc). 
• Good command of English both spoken & written and computer literacy.
• Able to work in Samutsakorn
